Carriers

The carrier we use to ship your order depends on several different factors including the shipping method you choose, your address, order size, etc. Rest assured, our shipping department will choose the carrier that will give you the quickest service unless otherwise specified. The carrier we choose will not effect your shipping cost. We use the following carriers to ship orders: United States Post Office, UPS, and FedEx.

We try to keep as many products as possible in stock. Due to a heavy demand for a particular product, we might not have it in stock or the manufacturer may not be able to make it fast enough. This will result in a slightly longer total shipping time. We will notify you if any of your products are on "backorder".

  • Shipping - General Info

    There isn't any shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

    Healthesupplements.com is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment / suite / office number / name etc.) and your package is lost, Healthesupplements.com is not responsible.

    If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modifications to your shipment. If your order is lost or delivered to the incorrect address, we again are not responsible.

    Healthesupplements.com Speed Ship! is a highly customized shipping solution exclusive to HealtheSupplements. It is designed for both speed and affordability to deliver your package(s) quickly anywhere in the Continental United States.

    If your order is lost please contact Healthesupplements.com at customerservice@healthesupplements.com (Lost Order). We will contact the ground carrier to have a tracer or driver follow up initiated. The process may take a few days or more to complete. If your parcel is located it will then be delivered to you. If they are unable to locate your order they will then issue us a claim and we will reship your order right away.

    Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico Speed Ship! (4-5 Days)
    Orders to AK/HI/PR are shipped via Healthesupplements.com Speed Ship! for $24.95 per order. Larger orders (12# Up) may be subject to additional shipping charges, in which case we would notify you first, giving you the option of accepting the additional shipping charges or canceling the order.

    Canada Speed Ship! (3-7 Days)
    Orders to Canada are shipped via Healthesupplements.com Speed Ship! for $24.95 per order. Larger orders (12# Up) may be subject to additional shipping charges, in which case we would notify you first, giving you the option of accepting the additional shipping charges or canceling the order. Customers will be responsible for any GST/PST Taxes & Duties. The Canadian Taxes and Duties are usually presented to the customer in the form of a COD charge at the time of delivery. These taxes are a form of tariff for imported goods into Canada. Approximate rates for these taxes are 6% GST, possible variable PST (depending on the Province), and variable customs brokerage fees (see chart). You would not pay any of these taxes on the shipping fee... only on the cost of the products themselves.

    Guam USPS (5-21 Days)
    Orders to Guam are shipped via US Postal Service for $14.95 per order. Larger orders (12# Up) may be subject to additional shipping charges, in which case we would notify you first, giving you the option of accepting the additional shipping charges or canceling the order.

    Military APO/FPO USPS (5-21 Days)
    The ground carriers (such as UPS) do not deliver to military APO or FPO addresses. All military orders will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service to the military postal location. From there, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the package. This could take up to a week or more. Military APO and FPO are shipped via US Postal Service for $10.95 per order except... orders above 48 pounds may be accessed additional shipping charges, in which case we would notify you first, giving you the option of accepting the additional shipping charges or canceling the order. The US Postal Service does not supply Tracking Info for Military APO/FPO orders.

    In general, APO/FPO packages can weigh 66 pounds or less. They can be up to 42 inches in length. Length and girth combined can be up to 72 inches. (So if a package is 42 inches long and 33 inches around, it has a combined length and girth of 75 inches and cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO address.) Further restrictions on item type, size and weight may exist for the country where the APO/FPO address is located. Please contact your post office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country where your APO/FPO address is located.

    Post Office Box
    The ground carriers (such as UPS) do not offer shipment to PO Boxes without a Street Address... these will be shipped USPS Priority (smaller packages) or USPS Parcel Post (larger packages). Additional charges may be required for Post Office Box deliveries.

    U.S. Postal Service Loss/Damage Claims
    Before ordering you agree to the following: If your order does not arrive in a timely manner HealtheSupplements will follow these steps:

    1. For domestic (continental United States) orders, we cannot file a claim for 30 days from the date of shipment.

    2. For international (outside the continental United States) orders, we cannot file a claim for 75 days from the date of shipment. Items, which are received damaged during shipment, must be reported to your local postal delivery location and all damage claims must be handled through your local post office.

    Thankfully, these situations are few and far between. Rest assured that we will do our best to get any problems that might arise resolved as fast as possible. Before any claims process can begin we may need a signed form from you stating what items you ordered that were not received, the date you are processing the claim and your signature.

    International Shipping

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are only accepting International orders to US Territories and Canada at this time.

    If you are ordering items that are greater than 48 pounds and you would like an exact estimate of your charges prior to purchasing, please email Customer Service at customerservice@healthesupplements.com (Shipping Charges Estimate) with the product(s) you're interested in and your home address prior to placing your order.

    Customer Service will then contact you by e-mail within 24-48 hours. At that time you will be quoted the total price including shipping charges. Once we receive your authorization to proceed, your order will be processed and shipped and an e-mail confirmation detailing your order will be sent.

    Shipping products internationally can be expensive depending on the weight and destination of the package. In general, smaller products such as small bottled supplements are much more inexpensive to ship internationally than larger, heavier products such as Meal Replacement Powders, Whey Proteins, Protein Bars etc.

    International Shipping Restrictions
    1. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

    2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

    3. In the event, for any reason, Customs Officials seize your package we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. In the event the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.

    4. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Shipping by air to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. Obviously, small bottles are cheaper to ship than heavy nutrition bars and protein powders. Again, e-mail us about the products you are interested in buying for an approximate shipping cost.

    5. Prepayment is required. At this time we are not accepting international credit card orders. Payment must be by US money order or a personal check, drawn on a US bank (Note: all check orders are held for 8-10 business (working) days to clear your bank and our bank).

    6. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
  • Order Details

    Damaged Shipments
    Any merchandise received damaged must be reported to Healthesupplements.com  within 24 hours of receipt at customerservice@healthesupplements.com (Merchandise Damaged). We will contact the shipper for inspection of the box and contents. Do not dispose of any packing materials as they will be inspected by the shipper.

    Returns
    We make every attempt to ensure that you receive the item(s) you ordered. Every item is double-checked and orders are checked for weight before they are shipped. In the rare occasion that an item is omitted or you receive the incorrect item(s) DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error or missing products must be reported in 48 hours of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement). Please email Customer Service at customerservice@healthesupplements.com (Product Shipment Error) for a Return Authorization number. An "RA" number (most likely your original OrderID number) must be included on the shipping label / package so we'll know who the return is from. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of receipt. Please make sure that all returns are properly insured. Please retain your receipts for verification in the event that your package is lost. If we do not receive the package you will not be credited.

    Products cannot be returned because you do not like a particular flavor.

    Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for soft or melted protein bars shipped during the summer months. We do recommend however, that upon delivery you put them in the refrigerator for an hour or two before opening. Then, the wrappers won't stick to the chocolate of the bar :-)

    All re-salable products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Re-salable products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Healthesupplements.com  at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

    In the event that we send you an item other than the one you ordered, please DO NOT OPEN the product or we won't be able to resell it.

  • No Unauthorized Returns. Orders sent back without return Authorization Number clearly marked on the box will be refused.
  • No Returns After 30 Days from date of delivery.
  • There is a 15% Restocking Fee on all returns.
  • No Shipping charges will be refunded.
  • No Returns on Opened Merchandise.
  • To check on the status of a returned item, please email customerservice@healthesupplements.com (Return Authorization Status).
  • On all exchanges, a minimum shipping charge will be applied.
  • We do not accept returns on MuscleTech products. Returns for that product line are handled by the manufacturer and therefore you must contact them directly.
